What Karate Pro Academy needed to solve.

Karate Pro Academy was a well-established UAE martial arts school with strong word-of-mouth but minimal digital presence. Enrollment was entirely dependent on referrals and walk-ins. The academy had no consistent digital acquisition channel, no CRM, and no way to capture demand during the August and January intake peaks.
