The challenge
What Beefurb Technologies needed to solve.
Beefurb Technologies was running a Shopify store in the UAE with significant ad spend on Google Shopping and Meta, but ROAS had stalled at 2.1x — below the profitability threshold for their margins. Product feed quality was poor, campaign structures were flat, and no retargeting was in place. Conversion rate sat at 1.6% against a target of 3.5%.
Our approach
How Drivix solved it.
Product Feed Overhaul
We audited and rebuilt the Google Merchant Center feed — optimising titles with high-intent keywords, correcting GTIN issues, and segmenting products into margin-based categories. Feed health score moved from 42% to 96%.
Performance Max + Search Hybrid Structure
We replaced the flat Shopping campaign with a tiered structure: Performance Max for top-margin products, Standard Shopping for mid-range, and a branded search campaign to defend branded queries. Budget allocation was weighted by product gross margin, not revenue.
Meta Catalogue Ads and Retargeting
We deployed Dynamic Product Ads on Meta targeting UAE audiences who visited product and category pages but did not convert. Abandoned cart sequences were set up via email automation with a 24-hour discount trigger.
Checkout CRO
We audited the checkout flow and identified three drop-off points: shipping cost reveal, account creation requirement, and payment method gaps. Removing forced account creation and adding Tabby (BNPL) increased conversion rate from 1.6% to 4.1%.
