The challenge
What SwiftCare Health needed to solve.
SwiftCare Health operated five specialty departments across two UAE clinics, with each department running independent ad spend through different agencies. Attribution was non-existent — no one knew which campaigns drove which appointments. Total monthly spend was high but booking capacity sat at 58%. The core problem was blended campaigns that could not attribute performance to individual specialties.
Our approach
How Drivix solved it.
Department-Level Campaign Architecture
We rebuilt the account structure with a dedicated campaign per specialty: general medicine, dentistry, aesthetics, physiotherapy, and orthopaedics. Each had its own keyword set, landing page, and CPA target based on treatment value.
DHA-Compliant Creative Framework
All ad creative was reviewed against DHA advertising guidelines before launch. We produced three creative variants per specialty — credential-led, results-led, and value-led — and let performance data determine budget allocation.
Booking System Integration
We integrated Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking directly with the clinic's booking platform (Cliniko). Every booked appointment was attributed to the exact campaign, ad set, and keyword that drove it — giving the management team full ROI visibility per department.
Instagram and Facebook Patient Nurturing
For aesthetic and dental, we ran awareness sequences on Instagram with doctor-led educational video content. Retargeting pools were segmented by treatment interest, pushing specific CTAs to users who had engaged with treatment-specific content.
