The challenge
What Zenith Auto Group needed to solve.
Zenith Auto Group operated a used car showroom in Dubai competing directly with Dubizzle and AutoTrader for search visibility. Their Google Ads account had one broad campaign covering all inventory — no segmentation by vehicle type, price band, or buyer intent. CPL was AED 580, test drive conversion rate was 6%, and monthly bookings were stagnant. The account needed a full structural rebuild.
Our approach
How Drivix solved it.
Inventory-Based Campaign Segmentation
We restructured the account into vehicle type campaigns: sedans, SUVs, luxury, and commercial. Each campaign had its own keyword set built around high-intent Dubai used car queries, with negative keyword lists preventing cross-contamination between vehicle segments.
Dynamic Search Ads for Inventory
We implemented Dynamic Search Ads fed by the dealership's website inventory pages. As new stock was listed, it was automatically captured by DSA campaigns. This eliminated the gap between available inventory and searchable ad content.
Call and Booking Conversion Tracking
We set up granular conversion tracking: phone calls, WhatsApp clicks, contact form submissions, and test drive booking completions. This gave the account real signal data for smart bidding for the first time, enabling tCPA bidding within 45 days of launch.
Showroom Visit Campaign
We deployed a dedicated showroom visit campaign using location extensions, call extensions, and a landing page built around "test drive today" rather than general enquiry. This single campaign shift increased test drive conversion rate from 6% to 19%.
